Hasashe is an AI-powered field intelligence platform. This policy covers this website and the Hasashe beta waitlist.
2. Information collected
Through the waitlist form we collect your name, email address, and, if you choose to give them, your farm or organization and your location. We also record whether you asked for a demo and that you agreed to this policy.
Our hosting provider may process technical request information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site. This website does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers. Please do not enter sensitive personal or financial information in the form.
3. How information is used
We use your details to reply to you, to decide and invite selected beta users, to arrange demos, and to send updates about the beta and the launch of Hasashe. We do not sell your information.
4. Security and retention
The site is served over encrypted connections, and access to waitlist details is limited to Hasashe team members who need it. We keep your details while the beta and launch communications are ongoing, then delete or anonymize them, or sooner if you ask.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing CONTACT_EMAIL. If you are in Nigeria, you may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
6. Product information
When beta access opens, Hasashe will process account details, field boundaries, crop information, field notes, and data used to generate forecasts. Before we collect any of it, we will update this policy and tell you the purpose, who can access it, how long we keep it, and your choices.
